Description: What is Pandemic Fatigue? Feeling a sense of craze lately? Are you in the midst of homeschooling while virtual counseling? Or are you providing hybrid support in a school building? And whether on the high school or college side, are the lack of in-person opportunities leaving you feeling disconnected? Missing mentorship and comradery? Exhausted mentally? Are the issues of the pandemic manifesting in all areas of your life simultaneously? Join us as we discuss strategies to engage students and support ourselves and our colleagues as we continue to live through a global pandemic. We will attempt to answer many of the big questions surrounding how we continue to do our jobs while everything is abnormal. Honestly, we all are trying to figure out how to survive this new normal while making the best of each new challenge.
(Note: This is a discussion based workshop that will include breakout sessions.)
