Meals are included with conference registration.  
Extra meals for attendee's guests can be purchased prior to conference.
 
Sessions: Call for Proposals closed.  Presenters will be contacted soon.
We will share a list of sessions and descriptions in late February.
Act 48 credits will be available for all educational sessions.
 
General Membership Meeting:  Monday, June 29, 2026    

Attire:  Business casual during the day.  Cocktail Attire for the Gustafson Gala.
Casual for evening activities.
 

Registration Fees for 2026: 
$275 for College / University Members
$275 for Government Agency Professionals
$205 for Secondary School Counseling Members
$205 for Independent Counseling Members
$205 for Community-Based Members
$150 for one-day Member attendance
$310 for All Nonmembers
$400 for Vendors who are not exhibiting
*Registration rates increase by $50 after June 5th
 
 Conference Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made before 11:59 pm ET on June 5, 2026 will be issued a refund (minus a $10 administrative fee). Cancellations made after midnight ET on June 6, 2026 will not be issued a refund. If you have questions or need to cancel your registration, please email [email protected]. Please contact Kalahari directly for its hotel cancellation policies.
