Virtual School Profile Workshop

Description:

Each September, high school counselors prepare and update their school profile, an essential document and guide to accompany a student’s transcripts to colleges. Join us to discuss key information college admissions offices are looking for, and how to provide helpful information about your school.  What information is essential and helpful in the synthesis of school context? What might be missing from your school profile? We will share examples of a variety of profiles and helpful tips. Hear direct feedback from college admissions officers as you update your profile.

• Mark Detterline, Assistant Dean of Admission, Transfer Coordinator, Swarthmore College
• Candice Duckworth, Regional Associate Director of Admissions, University of Vermont
• Chrissy Findlay, Associate Dean of Admission, Bucknell University
