The Ethical Leadership Program is an opportunity to learn what ethical practices look like in the admissions process and how to work with colleagues in all positions to make sure the process remains centered on students.  Through a five-part training series, participants are given the opportunity to engage with experts from both secondary and higher education institutions to learn how to evaluate their practices and advocate for students.  Participants will receive a resume-builder, certificate of completion, and an opportunity to present at the PACAC conference in June.

Capstone Project:

Participants will learn how case studies can help colleagues understand ethical issues in admissions and how to address situations that arise in a collegial way that supports students. Each participant will create two scenarios of ethical dilemmas that may face school counselors and admissions professionals. The scenarios will be used as the foundation of an ethics presentation at the annual conference in June.

Capstone scenarios will be completed by May 31, 2025.

The webinars are eligible for Act 48 credit; a separate form will need to be submitted.
