Speakers: 

With 29 years of service at Bucknell University, Chrissy Findlay currently serves on the Admissions senior leadership team as the manager of the transfer admissions process and the liaison to Athletics. Her career encompasses 21 years in Admissions and eight in Athletics, contributing to the building and shaping of many classes and communities at Bucknell. Through the years, Chrissy has been engaged in a variety of ways with PACAC, most recently with the Women’s Empowerment Workshop, Summer Institute, and currently with the Admissions Practices Committee. 

Isthier Chaudhury is the Director of Admissions at Swarthmore College. Isthier has worked in admissions since 2013, with a strong focus on serving students and families outside the United States. Prior to Swarthmore, Isthier worked on the admissions teams at the University of Rochester and Trinity College (CT). Having served as International ACAC’s inaugural VP for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, he also believes in confronting elements of bias, racism, and xenophobia that often go unaddressed in international circles.

Audience:  Secondary and Postsecondary admissions and school counseling professionals looking to hone their skills and implement best ethical practices into their work.
